Consisting of 2 sandwich slice toast is brown stuffed slice turkey or tuna or cold meat or chicken breast or slice cheddar cheese, then add the tomatoes, onions, lettuce slices.
Dinner:
Fruit or fruit yogurt large tray with a salad.
The sixth day
Lunch:
5 tablespoons rice Sayadia (with onions and tomatoes) rice +2 grilled fish or the amount of half a kilo + salad.
